Event: Reverence Day™ AAIG will be collaborating with the Iota Beta Omega
 Chapter
of Alpha Kappa Alpha, Incorporated. The ladies of this
chapter have a monthly program called Seniors on Saturday,
which is held at Hillside Community Center: 925 S Institute
St. Colorado Springs, CO 80903. This year we will be
emphasizing the importance of collecting oral history from
our elders. |

Intergeneration Day
Intergenerational Day is celebrated on the first Sunday of
October every year. AAIG supports this day by encouraging
grandparents to read to their grandchildren. |
